These terms govern your use of CompoundIn, a brand of NextGen Family Office Services LLP ("CompoundIn," "we," "us"), an AMFI Registered & SIF Registered Distributor (ARN-325252). By using our website or app, you agree to these terms.
CompoundIn is a Mutual Fund Distributor. We help you choose among mutual fund, digital gold, fixed income, and GIFT City/SIF products available through our network, and assist you in executing transactions. As permitted under AMFI's guidelines, we provide only incidental advice — basic guidance to aid your choice, based on your stated goals and risk profile.
We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), and we do not offer financial planning, holistic investment advice, or portfolio management services. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as investment advice beyond incidental advice as defined by AMFI.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us, including KYC details, contact information, and bank details. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into investment transactions to use CompoundIn.
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. CompoundIn does not guarantee returns on any investment made through the platform, and does not provide any indicative portfolio, yield, or return for any scheme.
International/GIFT City fund investments carry additional risks, including currency risk, and are regulated by IFSCA rather than SEBI/AMFI.
All mutual fund investments made through CompoundIn are in the Regular Plan, which involves a trail commission paid to us by the AMC. This is disclosed in detail on our Regulatory Disclosures page.
CompoundIn is a distributor, not a manufacturer, of mutual fund and SIF products, and does not manage or guarantee the performance of any underlying scheme. We are not liable for investment losses arising from market movements, fund manager decisions, or third-party platform failures beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time, particularly to reflect changes in AMFI/SEBI/IFSCA regulations. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email.
