1. Investor rights

Fair treatment: Receive fair, transparent, and ethical service from us as your distributor.
Information access: Receive clear information about mutual fund, gold, fixed income, and GIFT City/SIF products — risks, costs, and suitability — before investing.
Reliability & disclosure: Receive accurate, complete disclosures as required under AMFI and SEBI guidelines, including what we earn (see Commission Disclosure).
Resolution transparency: Be informed of our grievance redressal process and escalation matrix in advance, not after something goes wrong.
Complaint resolution: Have complaints acknowledged and resolved within the timelines set out in our Investor Grievance Redressal process.
Confidentiality: Expect your personal and financial information to be handled securely, per our Privacy Policy.
Regulatory protection: Be protected under applicable AMFI regulations and the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors.
Right to redeem or switch: Redeem or switch your investments at any time, subject to the scheme's own exit load and lock-in terms.

2. Investor obligations

Provide accurate KYC and keep your personal/financial information updated.
Read scheme-related documents (SID, KIM, SAI) before investing.
Review portfolio statements and transaction confirmations regularly.
