CompoundIn is a brand of NextGen Family Office Services LLP ("CompoundIn," "we," "us"), an AMFI Registered & SIF Registered Distributor (ARN-325252). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it — including data collected for KYC and AMFI/AMC reporting purposes.
To build your investment plan and complete KYC as required by AMFI/SEBI regulations, we collect: your name, contact details (phone, email), PAN, address, bank account details, income/investment goal information you provide, and standard KYC documents (identity and address proof).
We also collect basic usage data (device type, app interactions) to keep the platform working and secure.
We share necessary data with AMCs, registrars and transfer agents (RTAs), KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs), and our ONDC/IFSCA network partners strictly to execute your investment instructions and complete regulatory reporting. We do not sell your data.
In line with AMFI's Data Sharing Principles, we do not share your information with group companies for cross-marketing purposes, and we do not publish or disclose your information in any public or private forum without your consent, except where required by law or a regulator (SEBI, AMFI, or a court).
We retain KYC and transaction records for the period required under applicable SEBI/AMFI regulations and data protection law, and purge data once it's no longer required to be stored for the purpose it was collected.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask questions about how it's used, by writing to contact@nextgenfamilyoffice.in.
We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data during collection, transmission, and storage, consistent with AMFI's guidance on digital infrastructure and cybersecurity for distributors.
